Went in looking for a new straightener. Was hoping to get some advice on which kind to get for my hair type, the sales girl was not helpful at all. I knew more than her, and I only knew what I had read on the boxes of each product. What's worst she said the babyliss straightener I was considering which had an 8' cord, was 8 inches! I asked if she knew that 8' actually meant 8 feet, and she said, she didn't think so. To which I asked her if she knew how long 8 inches was. She didn't. Smh.
